RANTS GO HERE:

SeanRhee, September 6th, 2008, 12:23 am

finally!
longest chapter so far isn't it?

-sigh- once again. thousand apologies for delaying the comics over and over again.

also, i sometimes post news items (main page) but i don't think anyone ever reads them. but just in case i do, and it's some shabby excuse for not making comics, you guys should keep up to date on the news page.

now for the main rant.

to elaborate further on my school situation, everything is fun, but very difficult for me. i took a year off between high school grad and university, and now i'm starting to think that to do that was a mistake.

philosophy and greek are by far the hardest courses i have. it's difficult to say which makes me want to give up and cry more. i'd probably have to say greek, because i literally know nothing about the ancient greek language. i've used couple of the alphabets in physics class, but to actually read and pronounce these letters forming words...? not even possible for me. but i'm just hoping that sooner or later i'll catch on and it'll get easier from there. i'm hoping.

i got into the bachelor of arts program here at UBC to major in philosophy, that was my original plan. but my true original plan that i had since high school was to become a mathematician (i know it's weird but i actually enjoy math.) and the past few days listening to lectures and such in my math class, is making me have second thoughts about what i really want to major in. do i want to still go for philosophy (which i think will eventually lead me to law school maybe,) or do i want to swing around second year, and pursue mathematics? hmmmm... it's a thought that lingers in the back of my mind.

actually, the classes being great and all, it's really hard for me to enjoy them right now because of my strep throat. or at least that's what i think it is. my tonsils are the size of golf balls and if i move my throat in any fashion, i can actually feel both of them touch, which is very unpleasant and even more painful. i'm taking some antibiotics, and hopefully they'll get better. i've been doing nothing but take medicine in the past three days. ugh. it hurts to eat, drink, or swallow saliva, so i'm pretty much in pain 24/7 currently. not fun at all.

anyway. this is a long rant, i had a lot to say. once again, so sorry for being so lazy. i won't promise anything, because i'll end up breaking it and i'll feel like an asshole. but i'll try my best to not procrastinate and keep the comic up to date on a regular basis.

thanks for reading box. <3

I'm sorry about you being sick while all this stuff is happening! That must be terrible. And I think you should go for anything that makes you happier 'cause it would suck to have to be confused and unhappy all the time.
And I'm just happy you update! With Smackjeeves, half the time you're lucky to get that, so I'm happy most of my favorites do C:
Good luck!
